SPA POLICIES
Facials and face waxing services cannot be performed during an active cold sore (Herpes Simplex I) outbreak. Please wait until the area is fully healed before booking, and notify us immediately if you develop one before your appointment.
Brazilian Wax Clients: Please shower before your appointment.
Male Clients: We do not offer full-face or beard waxing. Face waxing for Brows, nostrils, and ears are available.
Please Note: Partners, friends, and children over the age of 2 are not allowed in the treatment room during intimate waxing services. Guests may wait in the reception area. For teen services, a parent or guardian must stay in the room during the appointment.
appointment Policies
We value your time and schedule, and deeply appreciate the same courtesy in return. These policies apply to all clients—new and returning—and for every visit, including clients with prepaid series.
Please arrive on time: A 5-minute grace period is allowed; late arrivals may affect your service time.
48-Hour Notice: We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Contact us via call, text, or email.
Late Changes & No-Shows: Changes made within 24 hours’ or less may result in a cancellation fee and/or require full prepayment for all future bookings. Missed appointments without proper notice will require full prepayment to book with us again.
Waxing Series: Prepaid waxing series must be scheduled with no more than 4 weeks between appointments to stay active. Promotional pricing expires after 2 months of inactivity.

A clean, safe environment is always maintained with hospital-grade disinfectants. While precautions are taken, close-contact services may increase exposure risk to illnesses.
Services, pricing, and business hours are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to decline services at any time for any reason. Inappropriate behavior or language will result in immediate appointment termination.
No cash or credit card refunds. Spa credit may be issued when applicable, redeemable toward services or products.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and may be used for services or retail purchases.
