SPA POLICIES

  • Male Clients: We do not offer full-face, beard or mustache waxing. Face waxing for brows, nostrils, and ears are available.

  • Cold Sore Policy: For everyone’s safety, we cannot perform any services — including facials, Brazilian waxing, or any face/body waxing — if you have an active cold sore (Herpes Simplex I), even if the outbreak is on the face and you are scheduled for another area. Please wait until the area is fully healed before booking or attending your appointment. This policy applies to all appointments with no exceptions.

  • Teens: For clients under 16 years old, a parent or guardian is welcome to stay in the treatment room or wait in the lobby during the service.

  • Brazilian Wax Clients: Please shower before your appointment.

  • Please Note: Partners, friends, and children cannot be in the treatment room during your service, but they are welcome to wait in our lobby area.

appointment Policies

We value your time and schedule, and deeply appreciate the same courtesy in return. These policies apply to all clients—new and returning—and for every visit, including clients with prepaid series.

  • Please arrive a few minutes BEFORE your scheduled appointment time: Late arrivals will shorten your service time, may incur a late fee, and/or require rescheduling with a 50% fee. Give yourself some extra time to ensure you find parking.

  • 24-Hour Notice: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule, modify or cancel an appointment. Please contact us via call, text, or email. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Missed Appointments & No-Shows: For any missed appointment without proper notice, a 50% fee of the scheduled service will apply, and full prepayment will be required for all future bookings. This also applies to late arrivals that cannot be accommodated.

  • Waxing Series: Prepaid waxing series must be scheduled every 4 weeks to remain active. Appointments booked beyond 4 weeks will be charged at the regular full service rate for that visit before resuming series pricing. The next session must then be booked within 4 weeks to keep the series active.

  • A clean, safe environment is always maintained with hospital-grade disinfectants. While precautions are taken, close-contact services may increase exposure risk to illnesses.

  • Services, pricing, and business hours are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to decline services at any time for any reason. Any inappropriate behavior or language will result in immediate termination of the appointment, and the full fee for the scheduled service will be applied.

  • No cash or credit card refunds. Spa credit may be issued when applicable, redeemable toward services or products.

  • Gift Certificates and E-Gift Cards must be presented during booking or at checkout (digital or printed). They are non-refundable, and any remaining balance will stay as credit or may be applied toward gratuity—no cash back. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
